There is no better place to get your work out in than this F45 location! You are surrounded with coaches that will motivate and push you. I joined about 2 months ago, and I have never felt more welcome. Waldo is very personable and the team genuinely makes you feel like a valued member. It is honestly an incredible community you wanna be a part of!

I took a little break but missed the coaches and the people I met at this gym so much that I had to come back! Absolutely love the environment at this location! Coaches really focus on you and are making sure you are doing the proper form. The owner is pretty great as well, super funny and easy to talk to.

when ever a muscle is sore or hurts he always has perfect stretches to help me feel better. Waldo is also great, super welcoming and always helpful and in a great mood. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place, always has been worth every penny.

Cindy is an absolute gem. Very fun and motivating coach. If you need someone to help motivate you to exercise and not sure what exercises to do at the gym, I'd highly recommend this. The owner Waldo is very easy to reach too so it's definitely a well run gym. I've been recovering from an injury since the summer and Cindy, Waldo, and Courtney are all extremely proactive in providing help and alternative exercises so I can still enjoy the classes. Unfortunately with seeing physio so much for my injury, I cannot afford to continue coming. Hopefully be back one day!
